At Crest and Quill Notary Services, accessibility matters. I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and committed to ensuring that every Deaf and Hard of Hearing client receives clear, respectful, and comfortable service.
Notary services for Deaf/Hoh clients are always provided at no cost — because equal access shouldn’t come with a price tag.
