1. Service Description
Crest and Quill Notary Services provides mobile notary services, including witnessing signatures, notarizing documents, and certifying copies, in accordance with state laws and regulations.

2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone/email/websit.
Availability is subject to the notary’s schedule and geographic service area.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are charged per notarization as allowed by state law.

Additional travel fees may apply based on distance and time.

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods: [cash, credit card, Venmo].
4. Identification Requirements
Clients must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if identification is insufficient or not provided.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure documents are complete and do not contain blank spaces before notarization. The notary does not provide legal advice or review document content.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a late cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability
Crest and Quill Notary Services is not liable for damages arising from improperly prepared documents or legal issues resulting from the notarization. The notary's role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information and documents are handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Communication Accessibility
ASL interpreters and other reasonable accommodations are available upon request at no additional cost. Please contact us in advance to arrange accommodations.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
